Remove the small plastic stopper from between the crown and case, set the watch to the correct time, then push in the stopper.
Yes, all of our watches use a spring bar system allowing you to change the bands easily with a tool.
The movement is made in Japan, and the case/assembly is completed in China
The watches are water resistant, not waterproof. We do not recommend fully submerging them.

We recommend using 200 - 250 L (4 - 5 lbs) of Polyfill Beads (Not stuffing or Pellets) or Polystyrene Beads, that is what is used for all the product photos and videos on our social media. We do not recommend using foam chunks.
